Work time varies from property to property but it all depends on what services you want done. This is a general outline of timing for each service:
Siding - 2 hours
Steps & Walkway - 1 hour
Patio - 1 hour
Driveway - 1-2 hours
Pricing varies highly from house to house depending on property size, condition of property, and what sections are being pressure washed. For siding it can typically range from $250 - $550. For walkways and steps it can range from $70 - $135. For patios it can range from $95 - $250
No! After researching safe pressure washing techniques, we have found an efficient method that prevents damage. Before using our solution and soft washing, we first water the surrounding plants. This ensures that they are fully saturated and that the plants cannot absorb any solution. To this day we have not had any issues with damaged property or plants!
After signing up for an estimate, we are usually able to start working the next available day off of school. We try out best to free our schedules so we can give our customers our excellent results as quickly as possible. After the estimate, we will preferably communicate by text but if another method of communication is needed, we are able to adapt to your needs!
Pressure washing wood can be extensive and time consuming due to the raised risk of damaging the wood. While we don't always offer it, we are able to clean wooden features. Do to the difficulty and time it takes to clean wood, pricing may seem unreasonable. However we set our prices based off of how long we think it will take to do the work and the difficulty of the process. We try to keep our prices as affordable as possible while maintaining fair compensation for our fabulous work!
